> designing the enclosure for the griffin with internal airflow channels and vent placement to guide cooling air across electronics and peltier thermal subsystems.
> optimized the housing for mass production using injection molding: added draft, consistent wall thickness, and mold-friendly split lines while keeping a clean exterior form.
> incorporated snap-fits and minimal fasteners to simplify assembly and service, reducing part count and assembly steps for scalable manufacturing.
