> Engineered an injection-moldable enclosure with proper draft angles and snap-fit alignment features for efficient mass production.
> Modeled the housing in Fusion 360 with draft and accessibility analysis for future injection molding readiness.
> Designed a modular stand system with interchangeable desktop and wall-mount bases, attached via 2 mm neodymium magnets. handles up to 4 kgf of holding force for stable mounting.
> Integrated a 4.3-inch e-ink display, ESP32-S3 microcontroller, and 1200 mAh Li-ion battery, achieving >20 days of runtime per charge with optimized firmware.
> Custom UI for weather, time, and bus arrival data that refreshes every 60 seconds while consuming <0.5 W average power.
